Critical Reflection 1:
Based on nowdays social media, we can see that social media are very important in communicating with everyone around you. We can perceive the main point of social media by getting feedback from the society either you want to improve the existing business or to introduce changes or a product.
Critical Reflection 2:
Social media also can give us an effortless direct feedback in a form of survey, customer service, service feedback, advertising and etc. There is two types of feedbck that you can acquire which is response and return.
Response from the media can be a formed of verbal feedback for instance hotline. Return communication to the society will be the formed of advertisement in classified, posters and etc.

Personal Reflection:
Media Culture class is fine to me. I love the learning process in the class using the current technology and everything. I kind of dislike the enviroment in the class perhaps one day mlc class will be held in e-theater n added with some video like Media Appreciation in the previous back in semester 1 and it will be more fun. And sometimes Mr Radzi Bedu talks to fast and his tone of voice are up and down so it's quite hard for me to understand.
